Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage or defect

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not offered for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor variations in color or tone due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear
